Jenilee Greene Design is a Florida based interior design and creative studio, working with clients near and far. Our design point of view is decidedly streamlined, but doesn’t take itself too seriously. What we do take seriously is our attention to design at every step of the process.
After receiving a BS in business, Jenilee spent 5 years in accounting and even obtained CPA licensure before making a career switch to design. Upon earning her MFA in Interior Design in 2011, Jenilee was recruited by Gensler in Washington DC, gaining elite hands-on experience in the architecture and design of high profile retail, hospitality and workplace projects for clients that include Capital One Cafés and Topshop.
Corporate commercial designer by day, in 2013 Jenilee eventually began accepting her own graphic and interior design clients by night, getting a taste for directing projects from concept to execution.
Eventually desiring a day job that was more personal, Jenilee moved on from large commercial to a small, high-end residential practice in Washington DC in 2014 and loved the degree of creativity involved in designing custom residential millwork (kitchens, bathrooms, built-ins), finishes and furniture for local and distance client projects.
Relocating to coastal Florida in 2015 prompted Jenilee to focus entirely on founding her eponymous design studio. Today, she enjoys the diversity of tackling residential + commercial work ranging from brand identity to kitchen remodels and everything in between! Working closely with clients to anticipate their aspirations, Jenilee aims to build standout interior spaces and brands that surpass expectation.
Jenilee resides in the beach town of Atlantic Beach, FL with her husband, 2 year old son and their Cavapoo, Kensington!
